Today we’ve participated to a conference that gather different regional actors which are working hand to hand to develop the locality and find original way to do it.

Another hand, I had the chance to discuss with people after the meeting and better understand the knowledge sharing/creation process behind this, the willing to teach and communicate around values of the social business model and innovation. In the night何培鈞 shared with me some product designs from an independent designer.

To conclude, these design doesn’t fit to the Zhushan actual objectives because it doesn’t answer to real market demand and it need high level of know-how and cost to be produced. This case was introduce to me in order to help me to understand the importance to take the good decision and well understand the organization goal and environment. Over more, 小鎮文創 wants to help local people that are most in need: find out useful ideas that we could implement later in our research model constitutes a new additional objective.
