何大哥針對我的文章給予了細部的修改建議

We today, first begin by trying to record my voice for Townway promotion video, After hearing my voice, I feel that I need to articulate more and control the rhythm of my voice to obtain better results. There after I continue to work on the industrial and social knowledge web platform which is aimed to help our collaborators to understand the industrial and social context of Zhushan and also our mission and give some vision that may guiding us through product/service design and model. At lunch, we‘ve share a BBQ with the colleague, it was delicious. I also have the chance to discuss with Dinesh, the new fresh (Indian) man. A good occasion to better understand its culture, the different way of thinking and influence. Also discussed about the social problem development in India mainly due to the stratification maintained by religious and cast hierarchy that gravely limit the possibility of people to change their way of life. In the night I’ve continued to build the website.

We had a short meeting with 何培鈞 this morning to ask us our opinion and if we may think about a way to prettify the street. Using bamboo decoration seems not enough adequate and not easy to maintain for a long period. We should think of something that is not expansive, effective and efficient. In the afternoon, I continue my integration between different part of our business model in order to let them fit and work better. I also take some picture of the street and begin to design a 3D model of the street. I also think about another innovative product, easy to be produce and that could be attractive for potential customers, Bamboo Torchlight.

Today morning, I’ve continued to work on the integration of different parts needed for the business model (Local Industry Analysis Framework, Social environment Analysis, Local economy development model, Crowdfunding platform and new Values). I also found an interesting document that explain the process to development and implement a strategy for the local development and problem solving (IDP Plan, Integrated development planning for local government).

In the afternoon, I worked on the design of the 紀念牌 that can help the organization to reinforce collaboration and express its gratitude to people who collaborate with. The design is simple, authentic and express the strong and touching local resources/values.

Today we’ve participated to a conference that gather different regional actors which are working hand to hand to develop the locality and find original way to do it.

Another hand, I had the chance to discuss with people after the meeting and better understand the knowledge sharing/creation process behind this, the willing to teach and communicate around values of the social business model and innovation. In the night何培鈞 shared with me some product designs from an independent designer.

Yesterday was a really interesting moments for us because we’ve filmed a documentary in which we present 小鎮文創 and 換宿 for the channel 民視.

We‘ve visit different local shops in order to show the exchange and learning process with them. The goal of this documentary is to promote what we are doing here and try to explain why it is important for Taiwan local economy and culture development/ preservation. We also went to Sky Yard where 何培鈞 introduce the different part of the house, his way to restore, preserve and redesign the structure and interior design.

This today morning, we focus on the Zhushan environment analysis (reason of social issues and economic development issues). Because most of the information are in Chinese, I concentrate my research on the local development in France/Francophone areas and what are the different strategy and model that already exist in order to see if the problem are the same elsewhere and if it’s possible to apply few of these solution for Zhushan. In the afternoon, we’ve visited a field of Bamboo roots, a goat milk factory and renovated traditional house.

今天已經是第三次和何培鈞大哥面對面

第一次是初來乍到時受到見面安排的演講者

We today went to the Traditional Chinese Lantern Fabric (光遠燈籠), which is the main supplier for all Taiwan. We learn about the history of the product, the different way to use it, its conception and characteristics. There after we’ve visited an Umbrella Fabric, walk around the production chain and see different product. But this place, at the difference of the previous one, is not expressing any form of culture or art marketing approach, it miss this identity to reinforce its reputation.

After the lunch, we ride scooter to visit the 竹山植物園 where the natural species (Flore and animal) are well represented. Thereafter, we drive to the countryside and visit the tea fields and enjoy the marvelous view. Joyce one of our colleague explain us the production of the tea, the different kind of tea and way to produce it.

但卻沒有機會實際透過身體接觸它
