今天下午與何大哥討論了五種品項產品，其中有風鈴、衛生紙盒、時鐘、肥皂盒與明信片。

討論過程中，了解到做出來的產品最好生產過程莫過於在地化生產，因為從一開始到產出的過程，如果都能落實在地化生產，將會活化地方特色，討論中何大哥給予我們一個行為模組的方案作為參考，他以竹編與QRCODE做結合，並創造出例如獎盃獎牌等相關的市場。

開拍的第二天，

今天將所選的產品在更深入討論與畫出草稿。

以及蓋出3D作為示意圖，也更仔細的去討論

今天開始正式拍攝，葉導演特地開車載我們到各地點，也因為這樣在拍攝中遇到問題時，導演也會親切的給予協助，所以拍攝過程順利的進行。一整天下來雖然只去了三個地點進行拍攝，但卻也耗費了不少力氣，大家看起來都相當疲憊的樣子，在準備回小鎮之前，導演介紹我們到紅旗公看看，一邊參觀一邊稍做休息，且第一次看到拿著步槍的神明，讓我又長見識了。

今天去聽了"文創產業之經營模式探討"

Today we’ve participated to a conference that gather different regional actors which are working hand to hand to develop the locality and find original way to do it.

Another hand, I had the chance to discuss with people after the meeting and better understand the knowledge sharing/creation process behind this, the willing to teach and communicate around values of the social business model and innovation. In the night何培鈞 shared with me some product designs from an independent designer.
