Today, we first began this morning with a meeting with 何培鈞. This meeting helps us to clarify our mission and research methodology. (Mainly understand the Zhushan Environmental social issues and developing a model oriented toward the learning tourism, or how to rely the tourism with the learning/personal development and stimulate the local economy and attract new talents).

There after we’ve visited a 牛肉面 restaurant and discussed with 老闆娘 about the possibility to collaborate with them later. In the afternoon, we went to the Zhushan Bambou Museum, walk around and see different kind of traditional artisanal product, visit the museum market and have a reflexion about limits of this place.

In my mind, the bamboo products proposition doesn’t fit to the market demand, and seems to not have a relevant marketing strategy level. It is interesting to see the limit of this place and try to think about some improvements.
